Octopus in spicy Korean sauce with onions
Omelet with red pepper powder with spring onion
Jellyfish and rice

OMG The octopus was just to spicy
I really got a blister on my lip because of it!!
BUT I it was tasty ... maybe next time not that spicy
Well the combination was OK
I just made something what I could find in the kitchen haha
I want to make bibimbap!! LOL

I thought it was very difficult but its OK
Just a little bit long ...

After school we went to Mom In The Kitchen again!!
Its like our socialize place ...

Once again there was no Bibimbap salmon
But there was eel
So I took that one ...



So delicioussssssss
I really love it!!
BUT still want to try the salmon!!
Or maybe I can make it by myself ...

ANYWAY it was a nice Saturday again
I dislike Saturday by now!!

It's still pretty far away!
BUT I'm just so happy ^^

Going with some friends from Korean School
I can't wait!!
Now only have to book the train ticket & hotel ...
Gonna be expensive ..

#1543 Day Off With Cindy

When was the last time I went out on my day off?
Well I can't even remember .. must be long long time ago

Anyway today I meet my girl Cindy after 7 months!!
Got the feeling she don't recognize me anymore
Because she hasn't see my dyed hair yet!
Just so funny ^^

Anyway our schedule was shopping, dinner & Starbucks!
So first shopping!
OMG OMG I just bought a new pair shoes AGAIN
And a pant that suit these shoes



I already got so many ..
But I like this one! LOL ...
Anyway this style is now in?
It was last year already in in China LOL ..
I don't care!! LOL

We got dinner @ Indian restaurant Meghna
We just don't know what to eat ..
It was Cindy's suggestion ..
Not a bad choice
It was quite tasty
I was scared for the strong spices taste
BUT it was only in the soup ..



These were our starters
The fritter from potatoes and onion was really tasty!
You don't even taste the spices in here LOL

And the main course
I don't know the names of it ..
Only Tandoori chicken it was too dry and to much
Saag (spinach) was really delicious
And the sauce from the cheese dish was really fabulous!!
OH and the naan bread with cheese was delicious!!



And as dessert we both got Kheer
Kind of rice pudding with almonds



Together the bill was around the 42 euro ..
I forgot it ..
Not expensive and pretty full after it!!

We closed the day with Starbucks!
Cindy never try it before!
So it was the time to get one!! ^^



Anyway was a nice day with Cindy
Next meeting will be around November/December
Because we still have to go to eat Cheese Fondue ^^

Now I gonna continue with CSI ..
Need to wake up early!!
YEAH ... You will know why!!

#1542 Korean Scool Day 3 + MITK

I'm really missing the Saturday's everyday
Today I got my 3th lesson
Last week was holiday ..

Homework was really much
And somethings you just can't translate it!
Today just a look @ our homework and start with Lesson1 from the book
The pronunciation is just so difficult ..
It's so fast tooo
I'm tooo old to catch it up LOL
But still fighting!!!

So funny .. I was smiling the whole day already when I thinking about it
People think I'm crazy LOL ..

A Korean Toko & food corner ..



It was a really small place for 3 tables
But it's just so nice about it because it small
You won't get disturb by others I think LOL

Well anyway I took the Bulgogi with chicken
I want the Bibimbap with Salmon
But the salmon wasn't fresh
So maybe next time ...

Congratulation to all the winners

I haven't watch the whole show yet
Only some parts of it
When Tian Xin & Amanda Zhu were on stage to receive the award
I just need to cry .. It was so touching
And also when Lin Mei Xiu was on stage..



I was really happy when I saw Amanda won the Best Supporting Actress in drama category ..
I was surprised that Tian Xin & Wilber Pan won the Best Actress & Actor Awards
I really though big favorite Sonia & James gonna win for their performance in The Fierce Wife
The Fierce Wife was big favorite
But only won 2 awards
Even The Invaluable Treasure won 2 LOL

James Wen nominated for 6 times in a row and still empty handed!
Hope James Wen can win next year!!

I really hope that Matt Wu could win one, but too bad!!

It wasn't actually like this

I actually got a pork steak
But after all it was to less so I didn't use it ..
Well I don't think the "presentation" is that good looking

OMG Just a long day ..
I woke up @ 8 AM to see the doctor
I waited like 1 hour and was done in less than 5 minutes! LOL
Hope its getting better ..

BECAUSE the Fancy Fair LOL, my mother asked me to buy something and need to buy a present for a little girl

Once again I'm gonna watch a Taiwanese drama
This time Boy & Girl aka 男女生了沒
It's also known as "Yellow Ribbon Love"
This drama is actually new
It had aired from August 2011-September 2011

The story is about a girl who tied up her chest to work as a man in a big company to pay her father's debt back.
Just a short description
You know how bad my English is so I can't hardly explain
You will find a longer summary in the ending post of this drama LOL

Genie, Michael Zhang, Matt Wu, Jocelyn Wang, Gino & Yuan Xin Yu are taking the lead
A triangle love between Genie, Michael & Matt
I'm note sure about Jocelyn ..
I know she got something with Michael but further I don't know
And I also don't know if Gino & Xuan Xin Yu got their own love line ..
I think the most focus is on the triangle love inside and outside the building

What I know is that Genie was actually playing Jocelyn's role and the main was actually for Annie Liu.
But due illness she was replaced by Genie and Jocelyn joined the cast. LOL

I'm actually really familiar with the cast
OK I'm a fan of Genie
And probably a shame, because is actually the first drama/serie that I gonna watch from her!
I haven't seen one of her 9 drama *SHAME*

I can't believe this
This is also the first drama that I gonna watch from Michael Zhang LOL
I didn't know that ...
BUT really I know all the drama's of his list
BUT haven't watch one LOL

Matt Wu is so damn cool
OK I'm drooling away from his voice LOL

I watched 3 drama's from his
And best known for me was in Bump Off Lover with Angela Zhang & Angel with Tian Xin
In Bump Off Lover he left me very good impress as the teacher! LOL
He's pretty "famous" in this year
5 drama's and almost all aired after each other
So we can't miss him on screen!!

Many people will know Jocelyn in Easy Fortune Happy Life I think
The news anchor and evil Zhen Zhen
Why I got the idea that this role gonna be like that role?

My first Taiwanese star that I fall in love
I'm happy he's often on screen now
Because he suddenly disappear with K-One
Actually also nice to see JR back ^^

The most unfamiliar is Shanghainese star Yuan Xin Yu
She was in a movie with Amber, Ming Dao & Eddie
BUT further don't know who she is ..
She's doing pretty well in Taiwan LOL

Just what the title said:
I WANT AN IPHONE

Because the last failure of the Blackberry
I'm totally done with it ..
3 days without Internet ..
IT SUCKS ...
When I'm home it doesn't matter but when I'm outside
IT WAS HELL !!! *Bored*

BUT that's not why I want a IPhone
It's more the application on it
I see my friends and my sis always making cool pictures
I want that too LOL ...

Today I just made one on my sis' IPhone
It's totally cool!!



BUT the only thing I don't like is the touch screen
I used to be use with it when I had the HTC & Sony Ericsson
BUT when I got the Blackberry ... I just prefer the keyboard
I still got 10 months abonnement on my Blackberry
BUT I just have to wait till the new IPhone 4S ..
Because I gonna give the Blackberry to my little brother LOL

Chicken teriyaki with mashed potatoes



The mashed potatoes with spring onions was definitely one of the best I made
I think because the garlic butter ...
Mostly I put pieces of garlic in it ..
BUT that's make the difference I think ..

Actually there was also a dish from cabbage and mushroom
BUT that was totally a fail ..
SO I only fished out the mushrooms ..
The cabbage I made into a mousse ..
AND strange is my mother totally love it ....
So was it a fail or not??

When we going to the Japanese in Amsterdam Amstel
We always order this kind of skewers: Chicken meatballs
And this time I try to make a variant of it LOL

So let me introduce my chicken meatballs with black sesame.
In the meat I put onions, Chinese mushrooms, garlic and of course the black sesame



Well what are my thought about it ..
The balls were too big ..
And it was a little bit tooo salt ..
My mother put to much salt in it ..
That was pity or it was delicious

Also 2 skewers with Chinese mushrooms
OH I like that one ^^

Beside the skewers we also got rice with 2 side dishes
My old time favorite green beans with mushrooms
And the 100 years egg ... YUMMY .. OK

Both weren't my chose ...
I just had to make them LOL

I don't know what so tasty about burritos?
My brother keeps asking me to make it ..
My mother wants to eat roti again!!
BUT I'm not really into that ..
So she asked me to make salad ..
Well it's my version of the salad


Burritos is just the same as always
In the salad I put many things LOL
Smoked chicken, shrimps, avocado, black sesame, onions, cucumber, pine nuts, egg and Japanese mayonnaise and mustard as the dressing

OK someone know a recipe that's fast, tasty and not so difficult??
And don't contain beef??

3 days in a row I woke up so early
Friday for work
Saturday for school
Today my sis suddenly want to have dim sum ...

Well so we went to Amsterdam to have dim sum
We went to Sea Palace, because Oriental was full!
The food was expensive and not so tasty in my opinion
Or I'm just familiar with Oriental?
Just Ridiculous that Oriental was full ..
Since when it's possible to make a reservation??

Before they send me off to work
I took away KFC for my mother
It was so nice from the cashier to give me coupons
It save me some money

And my brother and I took the KFC Krushers to taste
3 different taste and we both took Oreo
It was like a chocolate milkshake with Oreo cookies LOL

Today I got my second lesson ..
It's getting more & more difficult
It's just so fast, that I hardly can catch it up

I was thinking the whole day that I'm actually a door LOL
Moon means door in Korean ..
So next time I will say "HI, I'm Door" LOL

The most troublesome is the homework
Suddenly so many .. I can't handle it

Sometimes I think .. did I make the right decision to join the school?
I only want to learn some Korean to know what I'm watching ..
But it looks like I fell in a hole ..

BUT still I will fighting till the end!!
Remember learning Korean is not my only goal
Some people will know why ..
BUT that's also difficult ..
I just hope the things in my mind are not true!!

It was really nice from Wing Yu, Sin Yu, Kam Yan & Kam Shan to visit me @ work
I haven't see them for a while
I'm just so into my own world
That I hardly have time for my friends

BUT before they visit me on work
We had dim sum in the evening

And I remember the last time was also with Wing Yu & Sin Yu LOL

I admit I love more action than drama/comedy

There might be spoilers in the next text
So don't read it if you still want to see it

I was not really into the drama when watching it
It was an expected story ..
And so was the ending
Only I'm not really like the ending ..
Not because the Ruo Wei & Tie Nan part
BUT about the Karen & Melvin part

In my opinion I don't think Melvin deserve Karen
Only because Ruo Wei 'dumped' him.
He realize Karen is the best for him?
And so stupid from Karen to accept him LOL

I didn't realize that I gonna love Karen's character
I think it was really brave from her when she runaway from her wedding and went to the city with nothing.
I really don't have the courage to do that LOL

I really hate Melvin's character.
He was in the beginning very nice to Karen
BUT later because of love he just ignored her
Love is blind I know
But if it's not yours than it's just not yours!

I love the relationship between Ruo Wei & Tie Nan
Because it they gave something important between them
First it was courage but later it is love
Only they realize it a little bit late ..
BUT most of the relationship started when they were in high school
So was this ..
The love through the years actually didn't disappear

And I really envy Bryan what she all did for her love for Karen
Maybe stupid in many opinion but I what I said before love is blind
You can do anything for it!

And not only Bryan but that Ruo Wei gave up everything for Bryan
Even her own career. Stupid but that's love!

I also think it was a little bit stupid that Fei Na disappear in the last few episodes.
She's Ruo Wei best friend, but where was she when she was in trouble?




Great work of the whole cast
And especially Leroy ..
His metamorphose in a fat man was really hard!
Well that's what I saw in the making off
And it was for me the first time I saw him in a comedy role
Well I only watched one serie of him but when I see his list
The most were drama's LOL

Also my second serie from Tian Xin
And the previous one was also a drama
I think it's really a challenge from drama to comedy
I also watch this because her
Because she share the same birthday as me LOL
NO she's just a actress that I like to watch on screen

I think Pink Yang did a really great job
I don't know but her character was really catch me
From a village girl to a city girl ..
It's my first serie of her
I think in some scenes she really like Ivy Chen

The making off and the NG's after the Episodes were so damn funny
I see they are really enjoyed to shoot this drama

Although It's not really my genre
But still nice to watch a love story with a comedy effect
And .. I Love the sub song from F.I.R
You really need to listen it




Summary:
Ruo Wei is a top surgeon. One day she bumped into her high school lover Tie Nan.
