Summary:
Young Ju is a naive girl who works in the district office passing her time uneventfully. One day, a foreigner stops by the office to complain, but nobody in the office speaks a word of English. Out of shame, the office director commands Young Ju to enroll in a language institute. However, Young Ju falls in love with Moon Soo who is enrolled in the same English class.
