#1108 Memento Mori

English Title: Memento Mori
Korean Title: 여고괴담 II
Year: 1999
Country: Korea
Running Time: 89 min
Director: Kim Tae Yong & Min Kyu Dong
Genre: Drama/Thriller

This one is the second in a series of South Korean horror films set in a girls high schools that began with 1998's Whispering Corridors.
The Korean title that is given to this movie is Yeogo Goedam II that means Whispering Corridors II but the characters, setting, and stories are different.
Although I'm not really agree with the genre of this movie.
In the first 40 minutes there wasn't any at all.
After there are few shocking moments but not enough to call it a K-horror. More like thriller!

The movie is a little bit complicated.
The past and the present day are crossing eachother that made a little bit confused!
The story is touching between 2 lesbian high school girl.
It was really bad how the story developed further in the movie.
The genre ruined it all!

I didn't know Hwang Bo Ra was also in here! I actually still don't know what character she is playing only saw her name in the cast list!
I saw Bo Ra in the game show Love Letter Real Romance & X-Men ^^
