My sister pick it up near the sea (?)
We eat them raw and steamed some ..
Used some soy sauce with vinegar as dip or XO sauce
Delicious but very scary after many ...
I really want to oven bake it with cheese but there wasn't any @ home
I never open an oyster before ..
My first time and I opened like 50 pieces.
After my hands were just hurt and some skin were open..
