#1604 Today On Menu


And I'm in the kitchen again
This time I made Stuffed Pepper with Gratin
Here as result



I don't really like pepper so I used a half ones
So what's in the pepper?
Chicken, sweet corn, green onions, onions, pine nuts and red pepper.
When I was baking it, it really looks like Mexican food
So I called it Stuffed Pepper a la Mexican ^^
I also put some cheese on it before it went in the oven
And sesame for the finishing touch

The first time I made potatoes gratin with cream
It was much better actually or it's so dry
Good result
